What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form on this site:

• Any message you choose to include

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data contains no personally identifiable information.

How we use it

• To respond to pilot program inquiries
• To send newsletter updates about Veyebo, our pilots, and what we're building
• To understand how visitors use our site and improve it over time

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Tools we use to store and process data

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

LinkedIn Integration

For clients who choose to connect their LinkedIn Company Page to Veyebo's platform, we access limited data through LinkedIn's official Community Management API, solely to provide the connected service:

• Posting — with the client's authorization, we publish content to their LinkedIn Company Page on their behalf.
• Engagement data — we display the client's own page posts and associated engagement (reactions, comments) within the platform, including public profile fields (name, photo, headline) of members who comment on or react to those posts.

This data is used only to provide the connected service to the client it belongs to. We do not export, sell, or combine this data with other data sources, and we do not use it for advertising, sales, or recruiting purposes. Data is retained only as long as necessary to display it within the platform. A client can disconnect their LinkedIn Page at any time, which revokes our access.

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Fonts for performance and font delivery. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at info@veyebo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as Veyebo grows. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
